Forest therapy is a new but ancient practice, more recently brought to light by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku or “Forest Bathing”. Held at The Sanctuary or trails throughout the community, this two to three-hour gentle practice is guided in nature through invitations to slow down, restore your senses and experience a deep inner state of peace and relaxation. As your guide, I'll support you in creating engaging, sensory experiences to foster the relationship between you and the forest.
Reconnect with the land, yourself, your inner creator and bring clarity to your life. In doing so, we'll practice honouring the land and the traditional unceded territory of the Snuneymuxw people and all beings who call this land home.
